Job Summary

Project delivery and will be responsible for ensuring successful acceptance of projects starting from Project Order creation till Customer acceptance & Handover to Customer Support Department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate for order creation with all stakeholders (Sales, Product manager, PM and OP Team).
• Managing Project order from creation in SAS, SAP Till handover with related stakeholders & departments.
• Organize Project Handover meeting for new Projects between Sales, CSD & PMO & Share MOM with Conclusion signed from concerned parties.
• Confirm order Compliance (CPO matching with Quotation, Quotation Matching with Vendor PO) with sales product manager, Project Manager and CSD before issuing VPO.
• Follow up with concerned stakeholders to Prepare Report of RDD and CDD in coordination with SCM Team and publishing it weekly to all stakeholders.
• Tracking Equipment & Materials before shipping and generating report for compliance of Packing list with CPO & VPO.
• Get Site RFI Checklist signed from Site Engineer/Project Manager/Customer to make sure site ready for Equipment Installation, Testing and commissioning.
• Tracking Shipment with Supply Chain and alerting PM for Arrival date in Saudi in order to ensure site RFI Compliance before Equipment arrival.
• Supervising GR Process while receiving equipment and material in Warehouse.
• Lead Pre-PAT Process to Ensure successful handover without obsticouls and get HOC as per baseline plan.
• Ensure Snags Removal performed by concerned project team before sending request to customer for Acceptance Inspection.
• Publishing Quarterly Reports and Efficiency Analysis from Order processing till Acceptance.
